This event is a community fundraiser supporting the establishment of Jervis Bay Community & Sports Club, with proceeds raised through ticket sales, donations, raffles, lucky door prizes and other fundraising activities contributing towards this cause. Tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law. The organisers reserve the right to amend event details, schedules, entertainment, vendors, speakers or venue arrangements if necessary. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken and used for promotional, marketing and community engagement purposes. Attendees who do not wish to appear in photography should notify event organisers upon arrival. Attendees participate at their own risk and, to the extent permitted by law, the organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, damage or theft of personal property occurring during the event. Alcohol will be served in accordance with all applicable RSA requirements and organisers reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with liquor licensing laws. Any raffles, lucky door prizes or competitions conducted during the event will be administered in accordance with applicable regulations. Donations made in support of this fundraiser are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once processed unless required by law. By registering for or attending this event, attendees consent to receiving event-related communications and may opt in to receive information regarding future community events and initiatives.
