De-amalgamation Road Map
Below are the steps involved in de-amalgamating Country Club Vincentia (CCV) from St Georges Basin Country Club (SGBCC). It begins with JBCSC lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) and culminates when de-amalgamation is complete and JBCSC holds an AGM to make decisions about ongoing directors and the future. * On 9 October 2025, JBCSC and SGBCC agreed on a proposed completion date of 30 June 2026 for the de-amalgamation.

Formal Confirmation
SGBCC formally accepts JBCSC offer.
In-principle agreement given via President’s announcement on 25 Jul 2025.

Step 4
Finalise Contract
Preparation of a draft contractual agreement on the sale and a certified transfer of assets and liabilities.
