While JBCSC Board, Project Team and Working Group quietly works away at an array of tasks contributing to de-amalgamation, the month of February has provided JBCSC supporters with social engagement opportunities at Mercier’s Gelato, Coffee & Bar at 13 Currambene Street, Huskisson.

Wednesday Trivia proving popular

Trivia Nights will continue every Wednesday 7:00-9:00pm for a $2 donation to play, with three trivia prizes each night, and there’s also a Pick-a-Box raffle that jackpots each week.

Congratulations to the winning Trivia teams and Pick-a-Box winners this month!

Feedback is this is a fun night for all, and we’ve enjoyed welcoming new people to JBCSC as supporters. Simon at Mercier’s provides food, drinks and gelato for Trivia Nights.

Be sure to book your table ahead of time and join in the fun. You can book online via Mercier’s Facebook page or drop by Mercier’s in Huskisson.

Friday Banter & Raffles nights to continue

Burger & Banter nights have been held each Friday for the past four weeks. This has been a great opportunity for JBCSC supporters to socialise. Kory from Premium Meats, South Nowra has generously donated a meat tray to raffle each week.

Many thanks to all our volunteers who have cooked and made burgers, sold raffles tickets and helped supporters order JBCSC merchandise. It's truly been a team effort.

Mercier’s will continue to host Banter & Raffles nights every Friday, and from Friday 27 February, Mercier’s will be offering food options beyond just burgers, along with beverages and gelato.

No need to book, just drop by Mercier’s Fridays from 4:00-7:00pm for food, banter and raffles.

From this Friday there will be the meat tray raffle, and a Pick-a-Box raffle where you pick one box from a choice of 6 boxes to win a $50 prize, which will jackpot each week if not won on the night.

A huge thank you to Simon and his staff at Merciers Gelato, Coffee & Bar for supporting JBCSC’s community engagement events at Happy Hour prices!
