JBCSC + BY Group - Heads of Agreement

Jervis Bay Community & Sports Club (JBCSC) and BY Group have agreed to enter into a strategic partnership which will allow JBCSC to complete the acquisition of Vincentia Golf Club and re-open operations at Vincentia in a way that will deliver a vibrant and diverse new community club serving Vincentia and the broader Jervis Bay region.

Collaboration with BY Group will enable JBCSC to achieve better outcomes for the Vincentia and Jervis Bay communities and to deliver those benefits more quickly than we would on our own.
