Vincentia course improvement update

Following advocacy by SGBCC President Bob Proudfoot, we are pleased to advise that the Vincentia golf course will receive a targeted spraying program for Richardia during the upcoming Spring growing season.

SGBCC has committed in excess of $6,000 towards this important course maintenance initiative, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to the presentation and playing quality of the Vincentia course.

This investment is another example of the cooperative and constructive relationship that continues to exist between SGBCC and JBCSC, as both organisations work through the de-amalgamation process.

Both clubs remain committed to working together, wherever possible, to deliver positive outcomes for members and to benefit the broader communities of the Bay and Basin region.

While there is still much work ahead, practical initiatives such as this demonstrate a shared desire to maintain and improve community sporting assets for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
